About
The Networked Quantum Information Technologies Hub (NQIT) ran between 2014-19 as part of the UK National Quantum Technologies Programme.
A collaboration of academic and industry partners, it was led by the University of Oxford, involving nine UK universities and over 30 companies all working to develop a universal quantum computer demonstrate and thereby realise a whole new technology sector.
NQIT has been succeeded by the Quantum Computing & Simulation Hub (QCS), which began in 2019 and will take this work into its next phase.
